Cleaning

 

The cleaning of office space is the tenant’s responsibility.  Masterwize provide cleaning services to the common areas of the building.  Please contact Jason Pantelas at Masterwize jasonp@masterwize.com.au or call 9805 9200 if you would like them to provide a quote for your office cleaning.

 

Waste Management

 

Waste and the recycling of cardboard and paper is collected from the Bin Room (located in the B1 carpark) by Sydney Waste Services.  The tenant is responsible for the disposal of any bulk waste such as office furniture and fit out waste.  So if waste is not everyday waste from your offrice, then please dont put it in the bin room. A quote can be requested from Sydney Waste Services by contacting info@sydneywaste.com. 

 

High Speed Internet

 

Optional connection to the building’s existing high speed internet service can be arranged if required or you can use your preferred service provider. Please visit www.buildingconnect.com.au for pricing and details in respect of the in-house service.

 

Tradespeople, Locksmiths etc

 

Glass Property Consultants can introduce you to local tradespeople who are familiar with the building. Please contact us on 9418 6555 if you need help finding a tradesperson.
